How we work
Ability is measured by output.
Stations are designed so that a task can be done by touch, sight or sound. Training is practical and on the line. Once trained, everyone works to the same standard.
The company employs more than 500 people, around 180 of them specially abled. Many colleagues joined with no previous industrial experience and now run machines, inspect output or lead shifts.

What does Bollant Industries make?
Recycled paper and board, industrial paper products such as cores and cones, corrugated and printed packaging, paper tableware, areca and sal leaf tableware, inks, adhesives and laminating films, and a small home and professional care range.
