We build work around what people can do, recover the materials others throw away, and turn both into paper, packaging, tableware and care products that customers specify and buy, from eight units in Telangana and Karnataka. Started in India. Grown through manufacturing. Built for markets everywhere.
What a city throws away and what an employer overlooks turned out to be the same opportunity. We recover the first, design work around the second, and turn both into products people are glad to use.
Stations are built and retrofitted around the operator, so someone with a disability, or none, runs them safely at full output.
Waste paper and fallen areca sheaths come in as graded, paid-for inputs, not as somebody else’s disposal problem.
Two idle paper mills brought back to life, with inks, glues and films made in-house, turn those inputs into products made to a written spec.

EarthCleanse brings the group’s products to homes, cafés, caterers and hotels: compostable plates, bowls and cutlery, plus the foil, film, containers, bags, napkins and gloves a kitchen needs alongside them. It makes what it sells, and ships in one to two days from warehouses in Hayward, California and Baltimore, Maryland.

Bollant Industries Inc. runs the last mile of the journey: it brings containers in from India, holds stock in warehouses in Hayward, California and Baltimore, Maryland, and fulfils and supports orders across the United States and Canada, for business buyers and for the EarthCleanse store.
Production process
Six stages, from recovered paper arriving at a mill to finished products leaving a converting unit. Scroll to move along the line.
Recovered paper and board arrive from collection partners and are graded by type before they reach the pulper.
Graded paper is hydro-pulped, screened and cleaned so contaminants leave before the fibre is refined.
Refined stock is formed on the wire, pressed and dried on automated, PLC-controlled paper machines.
The web is reeled, then slit and cut to the width, diameter or sheet size of the order.
Converting lines print, laminate, punch, wind and glue the paper into boxes, cores and tableware.
Output is checked against the agreed specification, then packed, documented and dispatched.
Quality and reliability
Buyers need the hundredth reel to behave like the first. Every order passes through these control points.
Operators check machine settings and output against the agreed specification.
Recovered paper is sorted by grade before pulping, because the feed decides how a sheet behaves on a customer’s line.
GSM, burst factor, dimensions, print and packing are confirmed in writing before an order is scheduled.
Paper machines run on automated, PLC-controlled lines, so settings are repeatable from one run to the next.
Finished goods are inspected against the agreed specification before they are packed.
Specification sheets, test results and declarations are shared for the product you buy, once confirmed for that product.
Certifications are published here only once the certificate holder, facility, scope and validity have been confirmed. Ask for the current documentation for the product you are buying.
