Much of what Bollant makes is built to a customer’s specification. Here is what to send.
Paper grades, cores and tubes, boxes and printed packaging are made to the customer’s specification, which is agreed in writing before production.
GSM, burst factor, moisture, reel width and diameter, core size. Guide: specifying recycled kraft paper.
Inner diameter, wall thickness, length and crush strength. Guide: specifying industrial cores.
Inner dimensions, ply, flute, grades, print and a performance test. Guide: writing a box specification.
Private label is considered product by product. Ask with the product, volume and channel.
