Control points
Five checks, every order.
Quality on a recycled line starts with the feed. These are the points where we control it.

Incoming material is graded
Recovered paper is sorted by grade before pulping, because the feed decides how a sheet behaves on a customer’s line.
The specification is agreed first
GSM, burst factor, dimensions, print and packing are confirmed in writing before an order is scheduled.
Lines run under process control
Paper machines run on automated, PLC-controlled lines, so settings are repeatable from one run to the next.
Output is checked before dispatch
Finished goods are inspected against the agreed specification before they are packed.
Documents travel with the order
Specification sheets, test results and declarations are shared for the product you buy, once confirmed for that product.
Documentation
What you can request.
Documents are issued for the specific product and lot, not as general brochures.
We publish certifications only once the certificate holder, facility, scope and validity are confirmed. None are listed here yet.
Specification sheet
For the grade or format you are buying: dimensions, GSM, strength and packing.
Test report
For a sample or production lot, against the agreed parameters, when requested.
Safety Data Sheet
For adhesives, inks and care products.
Food-contact and material declarations
Where the product and market require them, once confirmed for that material.
Certificates
Shared with the holder, scope and validity shown, once confirmed.
Questions
Quality: common questions.
What quality or certification information is available?
Specification sheets, test reports for agreed parameters, Safety Data Sheets for chemical products and, where they apply, material and food-contact declarations. Certificates are shared once the holder, scope and validity are confirmed for the product you are buying.
Can I visit a unit or send an inspector?
Visits and third-party inspections can be arranged for live orders. Ask when you request a quotation.
How are specifications agreed?
In writing, before production is scheduled. The agreed sheet becomes the basis for inspection before dispatch.
What is a line-off check?
An inspection of finished goods against the agreed specification before packing.
Do you test GSM and burst factor?
Paper is specified and checked by parameters such as GSM and burst factor; ask for the test report for your order.
Can I send a third-party inspector?
Inspections can be arranged for live orders.
Do chemical products come with an SDS?
Yes. A Safety Data Sheet ships with every chemical order.
Do you provide food-contact declarations?
Where the product and market require them, once confirmed for that material.
