What we collect

When you use a form on this site we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone if given, market, product interest and your message. We collect nothing else from the form.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to manage that relationship. We do not add you to marketing lists.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to the Bollant team responsible for the request and may be recorded in our enquiry system. They are not sent to analytics or advertising tools.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled, it records page views and button clicks without form contents, and only after you consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to the address on the contact page. We respond under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that apply.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted after 24 months.
