Company
What is Bollant Industries?
An Indian manufacturer of recycled paper and board, industrial paper products, packaging and tableware, founded in Hyderabad in 2012.
Where are Bollant units?
In Telangana and Karnataka.
Recycled Paper and Board
What grades of recycled paper does Bollant make?
Brown kraft paper, deluxe white and news-print grade paper, duplex board, kraft liner board and laminated paper sheets, from the two Bollant paper mills.
What do I need to send for a quotation?
The grade, GSM, burst factor (BF) if relevant, reel width and diameter or sheet size, core size, monthly volume and delivery location. If you have an existing specification sheet, attach it.
Is the paper made from recycled material?
Yes. The mills run on recovered paper and board that is graded, cleaned and re-pulped. Ask for the fibre details of a specific grade if your customer needs them in writing.
Industrial Paper Products
Can Bollant make cores to my dimensions?
Send the inner diameter, wall thickness, length, the load or crush strength you need and annual volume. We confirm whether the construction can be made and quote on that basis.
Are the cores reusable?
They are built for repeated industrial handling, and recyclable through paper streams at the end of their working life.
Packaging Solutions
Can Bollant print my artwork on boxes?
Yes. Send the artwork, dimensions and quantity. Colours, finish and the proof process are confirmed before production.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Plain paper and board packaging is recyclable where a paper stream accepts it. Foil laminations and poly coatings change that, and we state it per construction rather than making a blanket claim.
Paper and Decorative Tableware
Are Bollant paper plates compostable?
Uncoated paper plates can be composted where a facility accepts them. Laminated plates cannot. We state this per product so your own claims stay accurate.
Can you print our design?
Printed plates and bowls are part of the range. Send the artwork and quantity for a proof and quotation.
Natural Leaf Tableware
Is areca leaf tableware compostable?
It is a single natural fibre with nothing added, so it breaks down where it is composted. Whether it closes the loop depends on a compost bin or facility being available to the end user.
Can areca plates be printed?
No. The natural surface does not take print. Branding goes on cartons, sleeves and labels.
Inks, Adhesives and Films
Does Bollant supply adhesives to other manufacturers?
Yes. Tell us the substrate, the application method and the line speed, and we confirm a grade and a pack size.
Home and Professional Care
Which care products are available?
Floor cleaner, dishwashing liquid and hand soap. Pack sizes are confirmed when you enquire.
