Printing, lamination, die-cutting, winding and forming, on lines that use Bollant’s own paper.

In short

Bollant’s converting lines print, laminate, die-cut, crease, glue, wind and press paper and board into packaging, industrial cores and tableware.

Printing and lamination

Artwork is printed on paper and board, then laminated where a product needs a barrier. Inks and laminating films are made in-house.

Cutting, creasing and gluing

Board is die-cut and creased into cartons and boxes. See Packaging Solutions.

Winding

Paper is wound in plies with Bollant adhesive into tubes, cores, cones and drums, and cut to length. See Industrial Paper Products.

Pressing and forming

Plates and bowls are punched and pressed from paper; areca sheaths are heat-pressed in moulds. The Nacharam unit makes about 1.5 lakh plates a day (company-stated).

Where is Bollant Industries based?

The head office is in Somajiguda, Hyderabad, and the manufacturing units are in Telangana and Karnataka.

Minimum quantities depend on the product and format, and are confirmed at quotation.

Can I get a sample?

Samples can be arranged for live enquiries. Mention the product and format you want to test when you request a quote.

Does Bollant supply outside India?

Tell us your market in the enquiry. Domestic supply is direct; export routes for some ranges run through a shipping partner, and we confirm the right one.

Certifications are published only once the holder, facility, scope and validity have been confirmed. Ask for the current documents for the product you are buying.
